[kepler-dev] java 1.6 for kepler 2.0?

We decided this morning to leave 1.5 for now, but any release after 2.0
will most likely use 1.6. I'm going to change the compiler
compatibility flag in the kepler build to point to 1.5 so that we don't
accidentally get any 1.6 versioned classes in the code that could cause
problems.
