[kepler-dev] Bugzilla upgrade at 5PM today

I'm going to upgrade Bugzilla at http://bugzilla.ecoinformatics.org to 
the latest version in about an hour. The site will be down during the 
upgrade, and should be back after about 10 minutes.

If you find any issues after the upgrade, please email me or
