[kepler-dev] build issues

Yeah, it looks like the fc9 machine has a heavy load.  I'll remove it 
for now to get the queue going again.  I've tried to figure out a way to 
have NMI notify us when this happens (it's happened a couple times 
before) but I don't see any way to do that.
