[kepler-dev] Do an ant clean-all before running and avoid missing menus

Hey Christopher,

Nice work on getting those files out of there. I did a full 'ant update
clean-all run' and everything compiles and runs, but I am seeing some
missing menus and weird selection/color problems. I'm running on OSX
10.5.6. The problems I'm seeing are the "configure" menu does not
appear on any actor and the "Open Actor" menu does not appear for
composites. Also, when I click on an actor, it does not get
highlighted. I've attached a screenshot to show the menus that I'm
getting. Let me know if I can help you work on this at all.

Thanks,
chad
