[kepler-dev] Do an ant clean-all before running and avoid missing menus

I've been working on removing the ptII files that are duplicated in
kepler.
Please do an "ant clean-all" before running.  The reason is that
I've removed some .java files and I want to be sure that the
corresponding .class files are gone.  If the .class files are not
removed, then there is an off chance that there will be some missing
menus.

One remaining issue is that there might be issues with the background
color.  Please let me know if you see changes with the background color
of the actor graph area.
