[kepler-dev] Ptolemy tree code cleaning occuring on Friday, 4/10

I'll be cleaning the Ptolemy Tree on Friday, 4/10 starting at 7am
Please be sure that you have any changes in your tree checked in
by tomorrow morning, 6:59:59 am.

I'll be reformatting files and possibly reordering methods.

I hope to finish up by 5pm.  I'll send the all clear when I'm done.

I intend to keep the tree compilable and runnable while I'm working,
though I'll be checking in batches of changes throughout the day.
