As part of RC1, we've removed (comment out) the Add button from the GUI.  All
the other underlying code for searching the registry and adding those entries
remains intact.
I think it might be a little premature to be removing the search interface from
the source tree completely.  While we may not be anticipating huge amounts of
registry entries for [Authenticated]QueryServices, there maybe the potential to
use some of the search code for managing and searching for Distributed
Computing Nodes (also stored as registry entries).
