Niels Hoffman reports that the gdalTranslate actor will not work with all of
the current formats supported by gdal_translate.  I think this is a problem
with the dll or so that we have pre-compiled.  We may need to recompile the jni
java classes against the newer gdal libraries and include a new dll/so.
