[kepler-dev] R datatable actor example

A new example workflow (Composite_R_DataReader_Example.xml) has been
checked into the kepler CVS module. It shows an example of how the 'R'
system can be included in a Kepler workflow to run a script and (in this
case) read an ascii datatable and carry out some basic statistical
operations on the data in the table. See the attached screen images.

Note: There is currently a bug that keeps the displayed image file from
updating properly after the initial display. You actually need to quit
kepler and start over for the image to update. R is writing a new file;
the display actor just isn't imaging it.
