[kepler-dev] PTII4.0 update for Kepler

Hi All,

    Please note that the CVS HEAD of the Kepler module has been upgraded 
to use the new Ptolemy 4.0 release as its base. In other words, you 
should update your checkout of the Kepler module and build against the 
PTII4.0 source code rather that the previously used ptII3.0.2 version. 
Environment variables should be changed to point to the new locations.

    Note that the kelper CVS module previous to this merge was tagged 
"KEPLER_PRE_MERGE_WITH_PT4_BRANCH" so you can use this tag to get the 
previous version if there is some problem.
