[tcs-lc] For completeness - handling of ex authors

I agree with Sally that it should be an attribute.  But should it be a
specific attribute (e.g., boolean "ExAuthor"), or should it be an enumerated
text attribute "AuthorQualifier", with "Ex" being only one of the
enumerations (perhaps "in" being another).
