A set of scientific names is a component of a language used by
taxonomists (and other biologist) to refer to organisms.  ICZN, for
example, a dialect of such languages.  Grammer is equivalent to Code
istself.

Are there no differences in lists of names came with Tokyo and
St. Louis code?  I haven't check, but I suspect there are.
