You must be psychic. You answered my other email with this email within 
2 seconds of my posting it!

Hey if we can have a 'de facto' name object there can't be any harm us 
having a real one.  We could start with a real one and just put a 
wrapper round it when we wanted it to be incognito as a concept then 
everyone would be happy!
