To make the blame more horrible-honourable, I would say, the proposal
is lined to having multiple name entries in TaxonConcept to support
ambiregnal names and multiscript languages.  Note that the latter is
not covered by LC.  The equilvalence between ambireganl name-strings
and between strings in multiscript languages can be concept
independent because it is not application of name-strings to target
object, parhaps like homotypic synonyms.  I suspect I strongly 
rely on disctinction between a name-string and a name which may be
unshared by others on the list.

Sorry for my ill-responce to the discussion, since  I have serious
shortage of time for one or two weeks... but It may be good to keep
the discussion in focus?
