[tcs-lc] new mailing list for TCS and LC discussions

Hello,

I have created a new mailing list 'tcs-lc at ecoinformatics.org'. This list 
is focused on issues surrounding the design and implementation of the 
Taxonomic Concept Standard (TCS) and the Linnean Core (LC) standard. 
Some examples of discussion areas include tcs, lc, the relationship 
between the standards, the relationship to nomenclatural codes, 
representation languages (e.g., XML), service interfaces, and tool 
development, among others.

because of your participation in previous TCS and LC discussion threads.

As discussed in the previous threads on this topic, it would probably be 
good for the discussions to be distilled onto one of the relevant wiki 
systems.  It would also probably be good to reference this email list 
from those wikis.  Hopefully somebody on this list can add those links.
