[seek-taxon] SEEK Taxon Call and the AHM meeting

Beach, James H beach at ku.edu

Bob had asked on today's SEEK-Taxon call if we could possibly move the
SEEK-Taxon meeting to June to be concurrent with the NSF site visit. I
mentioned I would ask Bill, and this is his reply.

So, we need to plan to meet at the AHM. On the call this morning I
proposed that SEEK-Taxon formally meet only on Tuesday and Wednesday,
that we set aside the whole two days, which would also allow Bob and
Xianhua time to meet with Laura to discuss usability issues for
Xianhua's software.

Jessie, we would like to have your view on that.

That would mean that travel should be planned to arrive no later than
late Monday night, and to depart the meeting no sooner than 5 PM on
Wednesday night.

Our next SEEK Taxon call is scheduled for April 18 at 1500 GMT, 10 AM US
EDT, 9 AM US CDT.

Jim

WE absolutely cannot move the AHM from May. All motel rooms have been
paid for. We will not have a SHM (some-hands-meeting)!

The NSF review is for SEEK-EXEC and one or two others as requested by
NSF and SEEK-EXEC.
