[seek-taxon] FW: [seek-logistics] seek meeting calendar

Hi Jim et al

Following Matt's email below re the calendar - I was wondering if it
would be possible for us to tie down the dates for the SEEK Taxon fall
meeting. As you know TDWG is being held at the Missouri Botanical Garden
in St. Louis, from Sunday 15 October to Sunday 22 October. So I was
wondering if it would be possible for us to have our meeting immediately
before TDWG, say 11-13th October? That would make travel much easier for
me...

I'm not sure if many of you have noticed yet, but seek-exec has tried to

map out the remaining meetings for the SEEK project over the next 18 
months.  The meetings have been added to the wiki with approximate dates

where we don't know the exact dates yet.  As more information is 
available, we will update that site.  An initial estimate of the 
participants for each meeting has been posted on the meeting page for 
each meeting.
