[seek-taxon] January SEEK meeting - URGENT

FYI, I just called to cancel one of my nights stays since I'm only going to
be there for one day of the SEEK Taxon meeting scheduled for Jan 30/31.

I wanted to let everyone know that they had my reservation completely wrong
and had me booked for arriving the next day and reserved for FIVE days.  So
I would suggest that people double check their reservations just to be sure.

Bob originally reserved things for people and then asked us to call and
confirm which I did on December 22 for only 2 nights for the SEEK Taxon
meeting.  I suspect that somehow communications are getting a bit crossed
and when we say the NESCent meeting they assume we are there all week or
something.

Anyway, just wanted to let people know in case they want to double check
their own reservations.

Here are some details about the SEEK Taxon meeting scheduled for January 
30-31 at NESCent in Durham, NC.

I seem to have delayed much too long in sending this information.  It is 
URGENT that you make your hotel reservation in the next few days to be 
guaranteed the low rates.

Please make sure you mention that you will be attending to the SEEK
Meeting at NESCent to get the discount rate of USD 77 per night. They 
already have
a list of our attendees.

You will need to pay for your room and get reimbursed from SEEK.

The hotel has a shuttle service that will pick you up at the airport (you 
will need to call upon your arrival - it will take 20-30 minutes to get to 
the airport, so call immediately upon arrival.  There is a fee for the 
shuttle.

The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from NESCent.
