FYI Jessie et al - we would like to discuss the enumerated Relationship 
types and what should/can be inferred from them (particularly in the 
getRelatedConcept API).  Could we get an explicit definition of each of 
these relationship types from you, including if / how they are related 
to each other (inverse, etc)?
