[SEEK-Taxon] KU Mini-meeting

The best dates and times for the SEEK-Taxon mini-meeting at KU are to
have it start after lunch on Thursday March 18th, running through the
morning on Friday 19th.  Travel could then be done to Kansas City early
on the 18th (1 hour from Kansas City airport to Lawrence), and return
flights could be scheduled for Friday 19th anytime after 2:00 PM
(breaking off at noon, 1 hr to airport, 1 hr to clear security).

The agenda for the meeting will be to review the architecture model,
review programming assignments and priorities, working out how KU and
UNC will work collaboratively on design and development, and to set
priorities leading up the May meeting in Edinburgh for prototyping work
on the US side.
