[seek-taxon] use cases

Hey,

So I took a look at the use cases.  They generally look good but still I 
feel that they are scattershot.  Maybe we can figure out how to make it 
feel more complete at the meeting.  In the meantime, I added details to 
the "Data Integration" use case as I thought I knew that one well.  The 
others were less clear to me.
