[seek-taxon] Documents as start for possible comparison

Hi Folks

Attached are PDFs of the two documents (one text the other diagrams) I
mentioned yesterday where I was trying to sort out my ideas on a possible
framework for comparison of the different taxonomic models' understanding of
taxonomic concept. Not sure how useful you'll find it but I need to think a
bit like this when trying to get my head around some of these things - when
you look in detail at any one model and the terms they use for attributes in
tables etc it is impossible. If we can get a high enough agreement on what
out users in SEEK need in terms of taxonomic concepts then if we have a
rough mapping to existing systems we can look at actual mappings at
implementation time...maybe....
Will try and post other documents for reference tomorrow if I get a
chance....

Jessie
