[seek-logistics] Travel forms and instructions

Hi all,

If you are requiring reimbursement for travel, either to Santa Barbara or
Portugal, I have attached the appropriate documents.

If you are a US citizen, you just need to fill out the travel form and mail
it back to Pam Griego.

If you are NOT a US citizen, then fill out both the B1 form and the foreign
travel form and mail it back to Pam Griego.  

If you have questions, email Pam Griego (pgriego at lternet.edu).
