[seek-kr-sms] another OWL viewer/editor

Hi folks,

I haven't tested it, but it appears that the Geovista group has put out 
an ontology editor that at first glance appears similar to GrOWL. 
Thought we'd want to put it on our radar.  I don't recall us discussing 
or evaluating it in the past.
