[seek-kr-sms] technical question: Error loading Units.owl in protege 3.1.1

Hi, Josh and all: 

 

When I tried to open units.owl in protégé 3.1.1, I got the following error
and could not load it: 

 

java.io.FileNotFoundException:
http://ecoinformatics.org/ontologies/observation-@version@

The similar error happened using GROWL2 as well. Can anyone help me out on
this? 

 

BTW: I can load Observation.owl successfully but not with the rest OWL files
under {seek}\projects\kr-sms\kr\ontologies\OBOE. 

 

Is it possible to check in Protégé native project files to allow them
directly?
