The current GEON/ADN implementation uses grid services.  Need to migrate it to
use only web service methods using the new WS build system that is checked in
under the 'axis-only-branch'.

First:
1) get operation
2) query operation

The other methods (login, logout, put) may not be relevant to GEON if it is a
read-only service.
