The current DiGIR implementation uses grid services.  Need to migrate it to use
only web service methods using the new WS build system that is checked in under
the 'axis-only-branch'.

First:
1) get operation
2) query operation

These are already completed in the branch I think.

The other methods (login, logout, put) are not currently relevant to DiGIR as it
is a read-only service.
