[seek-dev] update on Kepler actors for TOS access

Hi Robert,

Could you send me a quick update on your status for the Kepler actors 
that will interface with the seek-taxon TOS?  I'd like to see where we 
are in terms of finishing the niche model by Oct 1, and these actors are 
critical to doing that.  Thanks.
