Steve,

The Updated SRB query examples mentioned in my last mail are:
     srb-lter.xml
     srb-test_1.xml
     srb-test_2.xml
     whywhere1.xml
     whywhere2.xml

They are in the directory, /seek/projects/ecogrid/tests/testfiles, in our
SEEK CVS place.

The GSH for SRB services can be found in:
    http://sasa.sdsc.edu:8080/ogsa/services

And in particular, the GSH of Ecogrid query service for SRB system is:
   http://sasa.sdsc.edu:8080/ogsa/services/org/ecoinformatics/ecogrid/QueryS

Subject: SEEK Training in January: need ecogrid web query interface examples

Steve,

Raja will give talks in SEEK Training in January. So we need to provide some
materials and examples from current Ecogrid R&D.

Would you please send me followings before Dec 10, 2005?

1. I noticed that SRB system has been added into your data sources in your
web interface in
    http://kuecogrid.ittc.ku.edu:8080/ogsa/queryForm.jsp. Thank you very
much.

Please check out the updated SRB examples in the CVS area,
/seek/projects/ecogrid/tests/testfiles.
The new examples shows the new implementation for anonymous searches in
which no SRB
user account such as those in SRB URL is needed.

2. Please send me three examples (Metacat, Digir, SRB) along with detailed
explanation
    for using your query interface.

Once these are ready, I will test them, have them ready by Dec 15 and
then hand them to Raja.

Thanks.

Bing
