[seek-dev] Ecogrid client package

Raja and Matt,

Attached please find an Ecogrid client package.

The software package contains two Ecogrid jar files for
running Ecogrid client. In level one implementation, both
query and get were implemented. Currently the client has been 
tested for both SRB and Metacat systems.

There is a Readme.txt file in the software package which has
detailed instructions along with examples for setting up 
environment variables and running Ecogrid client.
