[seek-dev] Deploy ecogrid instance

Hi, ecogrid folks:

Now our ecogrid will be deploied to gt3 or tomcat as an instance rather 
than factory. Just now I checked-in the files.

Note: for every implementation java class (for example, MetacatImpl.java), 
it should change to extend from PersistentGridServiceImpl class rather 
than GridServiceImpl. Otherwise, this will cause problem. It took me forever 
to figure this out. I just changed the metacat one. Bing and Rod, 
please change your class too. Thanks.

Moreover, in the build.xml, a new property named GSI.security was added. 
If you want to turn off GSI, just put "false" value there and redeploy your 
sevice. This will make building service more flexible.
