[seek-dev] Draft WMMS

Hi,

I am circulating this draft of a specification for a
Web Map Modeling Service for comment. 
This will cover a web service for ecological
niche modeling such as GARP, decision trees, surrogate
modeling, etc via web services.  Yang has been
working hard on the initial implementation of one
which should be ready soon.  I'll send the address
when it is done.
