[seek-dev]Nice CVS client for windows

Seek'ers,

Thanks for the pointer, Dave.  I've been using Tortoise CVS for a couple 
of years and it is great for some things, like quickly knowing which of 
your files are in need of committing, etc.  But I've found it doesn't 
always work as expected.  Maybe I should upgrade to the more recent 
version...
