[seek-beam] GARP pipeline diagrams

     Hi again Bill,

     I believe that now the diagrams are readable.
     I changed the letter references on the diagrams so they reflect
unique data types.
     Also added a brief description of each analytical step and data type
involved on file "GarpDiagramKeys.txt".
     Enjoy.
