[kepler-users] mac os x leopard install problem

I just tried installing Kepler +R on my mac os x leopard.  During the
installation it informed me that many files were missing and where not able
to have permission changes.  Then it claimed a successful install.  Clicking
on the icon for the app I get:

posix_spawnp("/Applications/Kepler-1.0.0/Kepler.app/Contents/MacOS/JavaApplicationStub",
...): Permission denied
