[kepler-users] Add port to an actor

If you use the Expression actor, then you can add functionality
without writing Java code.  The Matlab and Python actors also
support adding functionality without writing Java, but I think
those are not included by default in Kepler.  Otherwise, you
need to define a new actor in Java.
