[kepler-dev] Kepler Archive (Kar) file documentation

I have been looking into the design and structure of Kepler Archive (KAR)
files and I was wondering if anyone knew if there was any official
documentation on this. I have found the two pages below on the Kepler
project webpage and have found some other random information through google
searches. Is all this information up to date? Are KSW files still used?

I would greatly appreciate a push in the right direction as to finding the
end-all documentation on this or at least the bits and pieces to put it
