[kepler-dev] nmi build checkout changes

Chad,

In preparation for tomorrow's move to SVN, I modified the NMI build 
files to use SVN for its checkouts, which seems to be working well.

One change is that the kepler-docs.svn input specification file now only 
checks out kepler-docs/trunk/user/app/, as that is where all of the 
production documentation is to be found, so it avoids a 644MB checkout 
in favor of a 67MB checkout.  Do you know of any other files that are 
used from kepler-docs in the NMI build that are outside of the app 
directory that I should be grabbing?
