[kepler-dev] Actor is not ready to fire messages

Here's a minimal PN workflow (see attached MoML file) that uses the  
binary file readers and writers to copy a binary file.  Are you doing  
more than reading in a single file in one actor and outputting its  
contents, in another format, with another actor?  Do you need to  
process multiple files in one workflow run?  Or produce more than one  
output file for a given input file?
