[kepler-dev] build a custom actor

Where is the KSW stuff hanging out?

KSW and KAR is the same thing (we switched names since it's easier to say
and remember KAR (as in TAR and JAR) than KSW)
Any references, documents talking about KSW should be exterminated ;-)
