Hey Mehmood,
I will try looking into the GUI problem as well. I dont have Matlab 
access currently  , but will try to get one as soon as possible to test 
this problem.  So it basically crashes, when the output is GUI format or 
any other as well?
..I agree with Tristan, in that we never looked into that non-textual 
outputs aspect and maybe need to add some additional logic/ checks in 
this GUI case?
