[kepler-dev] Ptolemy Tutorial and Miniconf Registration

If you plan on attending the Ptolemy Tutorial on 2/12
or the Miniconf on 2/13, please register:

The Ptolemy Tutorial would be good for new students who would like to
know how to write actors.

A number of Kepler participants are giving presentations at the
Miniconference.

Right now, no one from the Kepler project is registered for either the
tutorial or the miniconference.  This is not a huge problem, but
having more registrants would help us plan.
