[kepler-dev] Configuration Information

Hi All,

    In trying to understand some Kepler code, I noticed that we seem to 
be saving configuration information in at least 3 different ways! First 
there is the Ptolemy Configuration class; then we have the 
$Kepler/lib/config.xml file, which allows XML storage, and then there 
are property files, like 
$Kepler/configs/ptolemy/configs/kepler/uiSettings.properties.

    Maybe we should try to standardize, or at least not create any more 
classes/methods.
