[kepler-dev] Stopping a workflow

Hi Christopher,

The Stop actor, as expected reading its documentation, stops the workflow 
without dealing with unprocessed tokens in the pipeline. Which is a 
desirable behaviour sometimes, but not for me in this case.

I will check the starvation example.
