[kepler-dev] semantics

I think we need to stay away from names and acronyms that mean a lot to  
us but nothing to the user. Something with the name Grid in it makes  
people get the context easier and explaining the context in an acronym.

Or something that explains that this is a combined set of distributed  
resources ("JointResourceNet" with the lack of a better suggestion) is  
better then giving a name that's way too general "ScienceWeb".
