[kepler-dev] ant ptolemy failed

Hi, devs:

Just now I tried to update ptolemy and comiple it by ant ptolemy in 
kepler. But I got a compile error:

  Compiling 1717 source files to /home/tao/project/ptII/build/classes
     [javac] 
/home/tao/project/ptII/build/src/ptolemy/data/expr/UtilityFunctions.java:1724: 
exception ptolemy.kernel.util.IllegalActionException is never thrown in 
body of corresponding try statement
     [javac]         } catch (IllegalActionException ex) {
     [javac]           ^
     [javac] Note: Some input files use or override a deprecated API.
