Hi Dan
	It might be some star constellation coincidence (just kidding).
The problem probably was that there might be other applications which have
left open the data connections and when we maxed  out Oracle connection
limit, it refused more connections. When we restarted , it went back to
normal. One of the things that we plan to look at how many concurrent
connections do we need for te project. We can then egotiate with our
DBA here about how we can acheive this.
