[kepler-dev] More Digir source problems

Kevin,
    Sorry to report another Digir problem! The Digir datasource seems to 
work fine when starting with an empty cache. However, after working 
once, if you shut down Kepler and then try running a workflow (like ENM 
#3 or #19) with a Digir datasource again. apparently the cache does not 
supply the data (although the icon does indicate that the source is 
'ready'.  So this looks like some error in the cache.
