[kepler-dev] repeated problems with cvs checkout

bertram,

If I remember correctly, there were some problems with Tortoise for 
directories that had spaces in the name.  Any chance that is related 
here?  Doesn't seem so, but worth making sure.  Otherwise, Tortoise has 
seemingly worked well for others.  I'd try a clean checkout before 
anything else.
