[kepler-dev] Nightly Build Problem

Hi All,

    The nightly build is apparently running but if you download the 
nightly kepler zipand try to execute, it will not startup. It generates 
the error

Error building tree model: Could not clone actor 'PAUPInfer' from the 
'org.cipres.kepler.PAUPInfer' class, the actor null, meaning it was not 
found? Perhaps there is a classpath problem of the karlib needs to be 
flushed?

Does this actor do something unusual when cloned? If I checkout from CVS 
directly, I don't seem to have a problem.
